RICHARD W. FETTERS, 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Born in Bluffton, he was the son of the late Ed and Goldie Fetters. Dick was a retired firefighter with the City of Fort Wayne and co-owned Dick's Wholesale Tackle. He enjoyed fishing and fireworks. Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Nancy Fetters; daughters, Linda (Mike) Wyatt and Kim Fetters; brother Bill; sister, Grace; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Service is 4 p.m. Saturday at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with calling from 2 to 4 p.m. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society .
